Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our client's team in a fully remote capacity. This role is designed to temporarily augment and support existing resources, catering to a cyclical business need. The main function of the Business Analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, act as a business analyst for non-IT projects, and fulfill organizational roles above an administrative level but below management. The role is pivotal in managing inventory, onboarding suppliers to the B2B process, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. • Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization. • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics. • Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements. • Set up project and work breakdown structures. • Establish and document business processes. • Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budget potential overruns, and offer solutions. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field required. • 5+ years' experience with inventory management and reconciliation. • 5+ years' experience with data quality. • 2–3 years' experience with understanding supply chain processes and execution. • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage one's time. • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. • Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Requirements • Experience with Enterprise Application is a plus. • Apt and relevant work experience in financial analysis, logistics, financial reporting, supply chain management, data analysis, and forecasting. No overtime is anticipated. The role offers a chance for extension and provides an excellent opportunity to gain additional experience by working for a leading company. Standard equipment, such as a laptop, will be provided by the supplier. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
