WHAT YOU WILL DO Set up and validate tracking (GA4, conversion events, CRM/booking tracking) Build and launch Google Search campaigns Build and launch LinkedIn campaigns targeting practice owners/administrators Weekly optimization and simple weekly reporting Maintain a feedback loop with our team on lead quality FIRST 14 DAYS Audit our landing pages and recommend improvements Implement/verify tracking Launch initial Google + LinkedIn campaigns Outline a weekly optimization plan REQUIREMENTS Proven B2B lead generation experience (healthcare preferred) Strong tracking skills (GA4, GTM, conversion validation) Ability to show real results (spend + conversions + CPL/CPA) Clear communication and structured workflow COMPENSATION Setup fee: $750–$1,500 Monthly management: $900–$1,800 Performance bonus: $75 per Qualified Lead $200 per Qualified Booked Call (Bonus capped at $2,000/month for first 60 days) Ad spend: $3,500–$7,500/month (paid by us) TO APPLY Please answer the following: 1.
