As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and data mining will enable you to drive business growth, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks (30%): + Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making + Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into business strategies * Utilize data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%): + Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders + Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data marts to support business intelligence initiatives + Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and security * Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail (20%): + Develop and maintain data quality standards and best practices + Collaborate with data quality teams to identify and resolve data quality issues + Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures * Foster additional technical capabilities and domain expertise within the core functional team (20%): + Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, statistical analysis, and data mining + Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics + Develop and maintain domain expertise in inventory network, marketing, and operations * Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall business strategy (10%): + Develop and maintain business cases and ROI analyses to support data-driven initiatives + Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions + Develop and maintain data storytelling skills to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** This position reports to a Supervisor and has no immediate reports. **Travel Requirements** Regularly requires temporary travel under 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements** Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions** Located in a comfortable indoor area.
