Key Responsibilities Uphold Community Guidelines: Monitor group activity to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations, taking appropriate action when necessary, such as warning members or removing posts that violate the guidelines. Respond to Member Requests: Address account-related or product inquiries, concerns, and requests from group members in a timely and professional manner, providing helpful information and support on a case-by-case basis. Foster Engagement: Encourage and facilitate meaningful discussions within the group by sharing relevant content, asking questions, and engaging with members to maintain a dynamic and lively community. Content Moderation: Review and approve posts, comments, and membership requests, removing spam, irrelevant content, or any posts that violate group policies. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and understanding. A strong understanding of Facebook and its features, including group management tools, to effectively moderate and manage our community. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the brand's voice and character effectively. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, enabling you to address complex issues and concerns. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous community support.
