Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of customer service experience in the medical field, insurance verification, or a high-level overview of patients' or customers' benefit plans. You will also need to possess good verbal and written communication skills, be dependable and able to adhere to a schedule, and have effective problem-solving and listening skills.
