Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-related concerns. You will be part of the customer service team, working closely with other departments to ensure that customers receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Assisting with reservations, cancellations, and changes to travel itineraries Providing information and support to customers regarding travel-related concerns, such as baggage claims, flight delays, and cancellations Working collaboratively with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure that customers receive seamless support and service Utilizing technology and software to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide support Key Responsibilities In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will also be responsible for: Completing data access and balancing functions Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing Working member cases and sports assigned Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws Processing loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products Logging, reporting, and making necessary GL, account changes and/or returns Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching Completing daily balancing and department closing Obtaining information from members for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests Researching and confirming incoming and outgoing fund transfer information Communicating with the vendor to process fund transfers Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED Intermediate Excel and Word experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous customer/member service experience Previous banking or Credit Union experience Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
