Your key responsibilities will include: * Placing outbound calls to potential customers to discuss auto loan refinancing opportunities * Educating customers about arenaflex's products and services through a conversation-based approach * Answering inbound calls and greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm * Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and navigating multiple systems simultaneously to service customer needs * Building trust and confidence with customers through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills * Guiding customers through the online enrollment process and resolving account-related issues * Performing multiple tasks simultaneously to deliver a seamless customer experience * Striving for first call resolution and taking ownership of customer needs and issues * Building strong working relationships with experience partners to effectively problem-solve * Communicating in a professional manner in all settings and having a positive influence on peers **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * At least 6 months of customer service experience * At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * At least 2 years of customer service experience * At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment * At least 1 year of auto finance experience * Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Work From Home Technology Requirements** To ensure a seamless and secure customer experience, you'll need: * A secure home office environment that's free from background noise and distractions * A reliable private internet connection that's not supplied via cellular data or hotspot * A private network that's password-protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network * Internet service provided by a Cable or Fiber Internet Service Provider (ISP) * ISP download speeds on VPN of at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred * Ability to validate ISP speeds using a Chrome browser and the Google Speed Test tool **Work From Home Location Requirements** This role is 100% work from home, and we're unable to consider applicants who don't meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
