**Experienced Member Services Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

You will work closely with our Payments and Digital Strategy team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial services, including check processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining compliance with NACHA regulations and Federal Banking laws. **Key Responsibilities** * Complete daily tasks related to check processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers * Coordinate return items with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Work member cases/assignments and follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and Federal Banking laws * Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Log, review, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching * Complete daily balancing and department closing * Obtain information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Deposit check returns, review member check returns on draft changes, process member checks, verify members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **Essential Qualifications** * High school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a similar role * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members * Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail **What You'll Get** * Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
