**Experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative – Film and Supply Chain Operations**

You'll be the face of arenaflex within our customer distribution center, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and with a smile. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process and prepare orders for shipment, including contacting customers, preparing invoice/packing slips, and verifying shipments per packing slips. * Prepare all daily orders for shipment using UPS World Ship system per established procedures. * Verify that all Sales Orders have been processed prior to performing end-of-day procedures. * Manage inventory by receiving incoming shipments of film, tools, and supplies, and reconciling and counting physical inventory. * Stock all film and rotate older stock to the front, store all other warehouse supplies/tools, shelving tools, and chemicals in their assigned areas. * Process all return-authorizations as per company procedure. * Replace any damaged boxes and deface any shipping labels on restocked film. * Maintain a clean and orderly workspace by taking out trash, sweeping floors, and keeping all aisles and doorways free of debris, trash, or obstructions. * Order Warehouse supplies and tools as needed. * Assist in answering incoming phone calls, including placing orders, invoicing orders, and handling technical questions for the dealer base. **Additional Responsibilities:** * Analyze and interpret regulations, including work instructions, procedures, and policies. * Use basic math skills to mix cleaning solutions, count materials, and follow all safety procedures. * Utilize basic computer skills, including MS Office and Max computer software. **Management System (QMS/EMS) Responsibilities:** * Participate in identifying how your work affects the quality or impacts the environmental aspects of the products or services we provide to customers. * Improve your work processes. * Write procedures or work instructions that describe your work. * Provide input and verify that documented procedures are adequate and accurate. * Understand and use your work/job instructions. * Understand our quality and environmental policies and how they apply to you. * Keep records and data. * Participate in internal audits. * Participate in ongoing process improvement. * Participate in external registration and surveillance audits. **Desired Minimum Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required. * 2 years related experience. **Special Requirements:** * Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. * Ability to operate various software programs, including CRM. * Lifting up to and including 50 pounds. **Physical Demands:** * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday.
