Position Overview As a Walmart Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online shoppers. Your tasks will include responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing product information and recommendations, resolving customer issues and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner, assisting with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, and collaborating with other team members to maintain a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner Providing product information and recommendations to customers, helping them to make informed purchasing decisions Resolving customer issues and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome Assisting with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring that customers receive their products quickly and efficiently Collaborating with other team members to maintain a high standard of service, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our service offering Working independently and efficiently from a home office, managing your time effectively to meet performance targets and deadlines Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms. You will also need to be able to work independently and efficiently from a home office, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to all our Virtual Assistants. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a customer-facing role, either in retail or a similar industry Experience of working in a virtual or remote environment, with a proven track record of managing your time effectively and working independently Strong technical skills, with experience of using digital tools and platforms, such as chatbots, email management systems, and customer relationship management software Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high volume of customer inquiries and a rapidly changing landscape Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues and concerns Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have a range of skills and competencies, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
