Key Responsibilities Manage key accounts: Act as a primary point of contact and account manager for a portfolio of key merchants, driving business growth and development across the Walmart platform. Develop and implement business strategies: Collaborate with senior leaders and merchants to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth, improve offer quality, and enhance the overall customer experience. Analyze business performance: Lead annual and quarterly business planning and performance tracking for key merchants, conducting in-depth analysis on issues affecting merchant business performance and implementing corrective actions. Build strong relationships: Foster strong and trusting relationships with merchants, acting as a trusted advisor and "quarterback" to resolve issues, address pain points, and drive growth initiatives. Enhance offer quality: Work directly with merchants to optimize their listings, including product content, ratings, and reviews, shipping speed, and price competitiveness to maximize search optimization and discoverability across the platform. Drive adoption of merchant services: Educate merchants on how to succeed across the Walmart platform, promoting awareness and adoption of merchant growth initiatives, including Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) and Walmart Associate. Develop marketing plans: Create merchant marketing plans, including events, site placements, and promotions, that drive incremental traffic and GMV. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Site, and Marketing to deliver top-tier customer and merchant experiences. Essential Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Omni-Channel Marketing, or a related field, with e-commerce experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, including prioritization, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
