This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our office, providing the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration. As a Virtual Premier Banker, you will be responsible for providing full-service banking to high-value clients and supervising a portfolio of client relationships in a virtual environment. Your primary goal will be to understand clients' financial needs and present financial products and solutions to address those needs, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the Accredited Banker licensing program, which is a temporary position until the representative has successfully completed licensing requirements Offer full-service banking to high-value clients and supervise a portfolio of client relationships in a virtual environment Conduct outbound prospecting to wealthy and prosperous clients who are not currently covered by a book of business serviced by a premier banker Consult with clients regarding their financial needs and present financial products and solutions to address those needs Resolve client inquiries, open and service accounts, and identify client investment needs and present partners when an investment need is identified Review and analyze the underlying business, operational, or technical operations or challenges that require research, evaluation, and decision-making Present recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations while developing expertise within Premier Banking functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and communicate with Premier Banking team members, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external clients Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and partners 2+ years of experience in suggesting products and services Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or recognized FINRA equivalents) to qualify for sure-fire registration Successfully completed the FINRA Series 65 exam (or equivalent) to qualify for certified registration Successfully completed the State Insurance license(s) to qualify for sure-fire registration Experience assessing client needs and suggesting products/services to meet those needs Experience collaborating with different groups on behalf of the client Experience resolving client issues Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Knowledge and understanding of the book of business processes to effectively manage a group of Wells Fargo clients and grow the business High motivation with the ability to effectively meet individual and team targets while maintaining personal performance over time Experience identifying additional opportunities to recommend products and services to clients Experience mentoring and peer-coaching others Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Wells Fargo, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
