Your primary responsibilities will include using your knowledge of company products, services, policies, and Record Goal systems to provide top-notch support to delinquent clients. You will be expected to apply your expertise while communicating with clients, gathering and organizing repayment terms, and performing routine conditional tasks such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto-dialer or direct dial system. Key Responsibilities Support Record Goal practical area as a section-level Record Goal Expert by utilizing knowledge of company products, services, policies, and Record Goal systems Apply knowledge while communicating with delinquent clients to gather and organize repayment terms on outstanding account balances Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto-dialer or direct dial system to determine the reason for delinquency Seek guidance from supervisors and escalate questions and complex issues to Record Goal personnel Collaborate with the quick Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related data, as well as internal and external clients Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, client contact, customer support, or sales environment, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
