As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers, answering inbound phone calls, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for healthcare, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our clients' customers * Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisites, and coverage to provide accurate information to our clients' customers * Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, and other benefits to ensure our clients' customers receive the support they need * Processing claims inquiries, including resolving issues related to billing and transactions * Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, grievances/complaints, and other complex issues * Managing LEP (Limited English Proficiency) inquires and disputes to ensure our clients' customers receive equal support * Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Braille print materials, and catalogs * Providing self-help options, such as member portal access, to empower our clients' customers to take control of their healthcare * Providing local locations to pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist services to ensure our clients' customers receive the support they need **Experience Required for Your Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least a High School diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 18 months Call center experience, with a strong background in customer service * Healthcare background a plus, but not required * Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment, with proficiency in software applications and systems * Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to empathize and care for our clients' customers * Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a minimum speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wired access is required) **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with our clients' customers * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in your work * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
