Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their problems Following up on client cases to ensure that customers receive the support they deserve Resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old) A USB headset and webcam At least one 15" or larger monitor Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred Ability to type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy A quiet and distraction-free workspace Location in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Santa Fe County), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin In addition to the essential qualifications, we're looking for candidates with: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a virtual or call center environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in using customer service software and technology Skills and Competencies Required for Success To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team Enthusiastic : A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Detail-Oriented : Ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain precise records Dedicated : Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and resolving customer issues efficiently Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At OneSupport, we're committed to promoting from within, providing opportunities for career growth and advancement.
