Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Follow up on client cases to ensure that customers receive the support they need and are satisfied with the outcome. Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions, update records, and track progress. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services to address customer questions and concerns. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing customer requests and resolving issues. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our customer service experience. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: A computer with a validated copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old). A USB headset and webcam to facilitate communication with customers. At least one 15" or larger monitor to ensure efficient multitasking. A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred. The ability to sit for extended periods, possess manual dexterity, and type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy. A quiet and distraction-free workspace that allows you to focus on customer interactions. Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Santa Fe County), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, the following qualifications and skills can enhance your application: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a virtual or remote setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization. Demonstrated behaviors such as being a team player, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dedicated.
