About Our Company and the Role As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our players, handling their inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and live chat. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our players receive the support they need, and you'll be an integral part of our customer service team. Key Responsibilities Handle all customer contacts (phone, email, and live chat) in a timely and professional manner, following our Customer Service guidelines and procedures. Stay up-to-date with internal customer service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and apply this knowledge to resolve player queries and issues. Investigate fraudulent player behavior, taking appropriate actions as per SOPs, and monitoring transactions and customer records via internal and external fraud prevention systems. Communicate effectively with players through Customer Relationship Management and incident tools. Provide Know Your Customer and document verification services to customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Perform additional tasks as required, including updating and creating SOPs, investigating patron complaints, and participating in outbound campaigns. Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming practices and ensure that players are aware of the measures in place to promote safe gaming. Utilize internal and external systems to access player personal data, including transaction history, payment details, and identity verification information, to help resolve player queries and issues. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Customer Service position, preferably in a 24/7 Call Center environment. A High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and concise manner. Strong time management skills, enabling you to perform and deliver results in a high-volume work environment. A flexible and positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn all aspects of the business. The ability to operate in a 24/7, shift work environment, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in the Online Gaming industry. Technical certification or secondary education. Experience working in a 24/7 call center environment.
