Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding their American Express accounts, products, and services, addressing their needs and concerns. Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, adhering to American Express policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction. Educate customers on the features and benefits of American Express products and services, enhancing their understanding and utilization of our offerings. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, promote customer loyalty, and potentially upsell or cross-sell relevant American Express products. Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective resolution of customer issues, promoting a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within American Express systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
