Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues and providing solutions to meet customer needs. Maximize every sales opportunity by upselling and cross-selling profitable products, leveraging your knowledge of our clients' products and services. Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends. Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills, providing personalized support and solutions to customers. Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Essential Qualifications Customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively. Experience supporting consumer products and/or services, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Dependability and reliability, with a commitment to working your scheduled shift and meeting performance expectations. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in retail, sales, retention, and/or data entry, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. A background in handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with the ability to manage your time effectively and work independently. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support. You'll also need to be proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically. Additionally, you'll need to be tech-savvy, with experience using CRM and ACD tools, and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
