About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Pembroke Lakes Mall. As a seasonal sales associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store shopping experiences, building a highly satisfied and loyal customer base, and contributing to a positive, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement Support product replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed, maintaining a visually appealing store environment Maintain our values, policies, and procedures, upholding the highest standards of customer service and store operations Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to thrive in a customer-first retail environment, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should have a proven track record of sales and customer service results in a fast-paced environment, with effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
