Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Customer Care Advisor to join our team at arenaflex. As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and other consultants via phone, email, and web with billing/insurance questions, products, or services. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work from home, performing a series of shifts and cuts that may start and end outside of normal business hours. Main Functions and Responsibilities Assist customers and other consultants via phone, email, and web with billing/insurance questions, products, or services. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring that customers receive prompt and efficient support. Carefully identify the answers to the questions you expect our customers to have during each conversation, providing personalized and effective solutions. Take a hands-on approach to solve any problem, dealing with it from beginning to end, or separating pharmacists from pharmacists if medical advice is required. Provide our customers with the best service experience while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payment, as well as shipping needs, providing clear and concise information and support. Provide technical support to our customers while browsing pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring that they can navigate our website with ease and confidence. Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure that we enhance our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty. Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following eligibility criteria and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. More than 6 months of professional experience working with computers and web applications. Experience in multitasking and phone and computer skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A wired broadband internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (Fios or Fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps download. The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Ability to work in a private, home environment free of distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and able to fully concentrate on the client during business hours. Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the eligibility criteria and qualifications, the following skills and competencies are essential for success in this role: 1+ years of customer service experience via phone or email, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Good communication (verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Experience working in customer service or call center, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a passion for helping clients achieve optimal well-being. Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment and meeting productivity and quality standards, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
