As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and that we put smiles on their faces. About the Role As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing in-station, real-time, hands-on support to our customers. You'll connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages, and you'll help resolve issues and set appropriate expectations. Your goal will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and you'll be empowered to make quick and effective decisions on behalf of our customers. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, clearly understanding and responding to their concerns Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, working in a fast-paced environment Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise responses to customer issues Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand Proficiency in data analysis and customer retention strategies Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation and Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We're a total compensation company, and we offer a range of benefits, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
