About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the technical delivery of our AI-powered platform to customers. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers to understand customer requirements, configure our platform, and ensure seamless integration with customer infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising customers on optimizing their systems for maximum performance and providing exceptional technical support. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, system environments, and IT infrastructure Integrate and implement arenaflex solutions to customer platforms and backend systems in a secure and performant manner Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure scheduled targets are met during implementation, onboarding, and escalated technical support projects Serve as the first line of defense in solving customer support requests and coordinate timely resolutions with our engineering team Influence product roadmap and improvements by advocating for customer needs and providing valuable feedback Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as customer success engineer, solution engineer, or implementation consultant Proficiency in using REST APIs and reading documentation to query new endpoints A good understanding of data modeling and data pipelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive successful technical adoption with medium to large-sized projects Hands-on experience in administering and deploying enterprise solutions, with ample working knowledge of IT infrastructure and large SaaS platforms Familiarity with enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and IDAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Active Directory) is a plus Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and using the command line A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with AI-powered solutions and a strong understanding of AI technology Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure Familiarity with DevOps practices and experience with continuous integration and delivery tools Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities and requirements Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide creative solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders A customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
