About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide inbound customer support, resolve technical issues, and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Strong focus on building customer relationships 1+ year of customer service experience Technical support experience preferred Open availability A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications and requirements listed above, the following skills and competencies are essential for success in this role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
