Key Responsibilities Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure seamless customer interactions Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and promote products and services Explain and position products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer understanding Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up Ensure first-call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for repeat contacts Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately. You should be highly reliable, with a strong ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, even in a remote work environment. Additionally, you will need to be customer service-oriented, with a strong focus on empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness.
