About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support, resolving technical issues, and delivering expert customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion.
