You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers navigate our products and services, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. If you're a people person with a passion for sales, customer service, and problem-solving, this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to all inbound sales leads from current and potential customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales process * Make outbound contacts to identify opportunities to increase tire sale revenues, leveraging your sales skills and product knowledge to drive results * Meet or exceed individual and department KPIs and performance goals, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance * Listen and learn about our products to become a subject matter expert, staying up-to-date on new releases, promotions, and system updates * Effectively manage changes related to promotional offerings, new products, and systems, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders * Handle inbound live chat sessions from customers, responding promptly and professionally to their queries and concerns * Verify customer account and order information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Respond to client questions with correct grammar and complete information, providing clear and concise answers to customer inquiries * Process online orders, returns, and adjustments, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues * Track deliveries, installation, inventory, and pricing, maintaining accurate records and providing real-time updates to customers * Manage customer issues, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner * Maintain positive relationships post-order, gauging customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement **Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year of contact center experience with at least 6 months chat and sales experience required * Experience with inbound and outbound product and service sales, with a proven track record of success * Demonstrated ability to navigate computer programs, chat applications, and systems that support the initiatives of the contact center * High school diploma/GED required, associates/bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred * Must have experience in helping customers and providing customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Must be adaptable and dependable, with a proven ability to follow through on tasks and adhere to flexible work schedules and shifts * Clear and concise written and oral communicator with proven ability to address customer needs through written and oral mediums * Demonstrates technical savvy and ability to learn and navigate computer systems, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes * Ability to quickly build and develop open, honest, and friendly rapport with customers, moving through and solving customer challenges with ease * Bilingual – ability to fluently speak and write in Spanish is a bonus * Prior experience in the tire or automotive industry is a bonus * Prior experience working in a remote environment is a bonus **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that's changing the game in the tire industry * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Flexible work schedule and remote work options * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions * A fun and inclusive company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for sales, customer service, and problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
