Job Overview We are looking for a talented Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to provide top-notch support to our users. As a remote worker based in Colorado, you will work from the comfort of your own home, collaborating with our team to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional customer service. Work Schedule and Location The selected candidate will be required to participate in a 3-week training program, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. After completing the training, the permanent schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Please note that this is a remote position, and all work must be performed within the state of Colorado. We require candidates to be local residents of Colorado, and we will not consider out-of-state candidates looking to relocate for this position. Key Responsibilities As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, myColorado, utilizing chat tools and following our standard operating procedures. Troubleshooting, reproducing, reporting, and resolving technical issues on both iOS and Android operating systems. Installing myColorado software on supported devices, adhering to defined procedures, processes, and methods. Employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our required tracking system. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following requirements: One year of professional experience in an occupational field related to mobile application support. An Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to the work assignment, such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees. Substitutions We also consider substitutions for the required education and experience: Additional, appropriate paid or unpaid experience can substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Additional appropriate education can substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications. Training or Certification related to the work assigned to the position can be assigned credit towards substitution for experience and/or education, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Jira experience. ITIL Certification. Agile and scrum methodology experience. Government work experience. Familiarity with Apple and Google Play Store. Use of diagnostic tools and knowledge of a diverse range of mobile device makes and models. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
