Job Overview and Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and management leadership on major tasks and technology assignments, with expert technical knowledge. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Establishing goals and plans to meet project objectives Directing activities for the customer and ensuring that technical requirements are met Supervising and overseeing others in designing and developing solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns Providing critical domain knowledge to the customer for implementation planning and recommendations You will be working on a 12-month contract with possible extensions, and will be required to have an IAT Level 2 certification, as well as an Information Assurance (IA) Certification such as Sec+ or CASP+. Required Skillsets and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical skillset, including: COBOL, Java, Spring, HTML, XML, Unix, Oracle, SQL, SDLC, Fortify, and CM A Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field 8-10 years of experience in a related field In addition to these technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and oversee others, and provide critical domain knowledge to the customer.
