Product Management Leader at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * **Strategy & Planning (40%):** + Develop and execute product strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives and customer needs. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless user experience across products. + Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and business metrics to inform product decisions. + Develop and prioritize product roadmaps to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. + Work with vendors to influence product development and ensure alignment with arenaflex's strategic objectives. * **Delivery & Execution (30%):** + Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. + Collaborate with product teams to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. + Review and analyze product metrics to inform strategic and tactical product decisions. + Identify and resolve issues that may impair teams from delivering quality products. + Provide guidance on product design and development while balancing dependencies and integration with other products. * **People (30%):** + Lead and mentor Product Managers to develop their skills and expertise. + Attract, retain, and develop top talent to build a world-class Product Management team. + Conduct regular reviews and provide performance feedback to team members. + Foster collaboration and open communication among team members to drive value and identify impediments. + Educate requestors on product priorities and guide junior team members in strategy, alignment, analysis, and execution tasks. **Essential Qualifications:** * 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, with a focus on customer-centric product development. * Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. * Mastery of modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies. * Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization. * Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services. * Certification in product management or a related field. *
