Job Summary In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting last mile bundle determining and carrier scope organization, with a focus on adjusting carrier package capacity to meet advanced transport to-home interest plans. Your goal will be to drive operational excellence through accurate package volume projections and collaborative work with various teams, including functional groups, network planning, and S&OP teams, carrier partners, and other HQ and field groups. Key Responsibilities Support last mile bundle determining and carrier scope organization to drive operational excellence Adjust carrier package capacity to meet advanced transport to-home interest plans and drive business success Collaborate with functional groups, network planning, and S&OP teams, carrier partners, and other HQ and field groups to achieve business objectives Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive informed decision making and process improvements Develop and maintain accurate package volume projections to inform business decisions Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business results and drive operational excellence Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field 2+ years of data analysis experience or significant equivalent experience in a related field Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software in a large-scale, complex business environment Experience working with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Hive Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, with the ability to set goals and track progress Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree or MBA in a related field Experience in distribution or transportation, with a focus on last mile delivery optimization Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, with the ability to develop and maintain complex models and dashboards Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
