Job Overview The Associate Network Security Engineer will be responsible for providing designing services and support to ensure the functional sustainability of the critical infrastructure that supports blithequark's applications, clients, partners, and vendor accessibility and security. The successful candidate will be based in Atlanta, USA, and will be expected to work 8 hours a day, with a competitive salary of $24 per hour. Key Responsibilities Provide IT support to ensure inside, partner, vendor, and outer accessibility to blithequark's applications across various critical data center foundations Support firewall hardware and software maintenance, including site implementations, inventories, system planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in data center critical infrastructure Support enterprise remote access clients to align client edge security technology with and client-organized specialist on workstations Support hardware and software maintenance, including site implementations, inventories, foundation planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in data center critical infrastructure Support airport operations mobile accessibility arrangement, Netmotion, hardware, and software maintenance, which includes site implementations, inventories, system planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in data center critical infrastructure Coordinate with blithequark's business divisions via consultation services responsible for firewall policies and access control guidance Provide operational on-standby support of critical facilities and system components for Network Security Support the IT Data Security Division to maintain the integrity and service continuity of the enterprise data and applications Suggest and implement departmental policy, guidelines, regulations, and techniques Ensure compliance with all governing corporate standards and regulations Project management of data center and remote communication room standards capital upgrades, updates, and improvements Ensure accurate documentation, getting the best product and service costs, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual commitments Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and a strong understanding of networking and security concepts, such as TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and security protocols. The candidate must also have experience managing and maintaining server infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additionally, the candidate must be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
