As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our clients. You will be the voice of blithequark, working to build strong relationships with our clients and ensuring that their needs are met. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and providing personalized support to our clients Address client concerns, including shipping questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach Effectively communicate with clients, listening actively and empathetically to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions De-escalate client concerns, using negotiation skills to balance the needs of the client with the options available from the business Stay up-to-date on blithequark's products, services, and policies, using this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to clients Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to leadership on ways to enhance the client experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and ability to navigate multiple programs, tabs, and tools Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend both languages Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a stronger candidate for this role: Previous experience in customer support or a related field Knowledge of blithequark's products and services Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new programs and systems quickly Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and ability to navigate multiple programs, tabs, and tools Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend both languages Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new programs and systems quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
