Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of $24-$26. The role will require 30 days of onsite training, followed by a schedule of 5 days onsite and 5 days remote. Key Responsibilities Handle support escalations by proactively seeking ways to improve processes and performing moderately complex transactional or customer support tasks. Receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine questions to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Interact with client personnel on a range of information, providing exceptional customer service and support. Work as part of the intake team, handling 5-10 cases and directing escalated complaints to the appropriate research group. Manage high-risk cases, including those related to theft or discrimination, and ensure that clients receive the support and resolution they need. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous in this role: Previous experience in a similar intake role, handling escalated complaints and directing them to the appropriate research group. Knowledge of banking and financial industry regulations and procedures. Experience working with diverse client groups, including those with complex needs and requirements. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
