Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product and service information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Answer customer questions regarding their coverage, including policy details, claims, and billing, in a clear and concise manner Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, including new features, benefits, and promotions, to stay up-to-date and provide accurate information to customers Regularly review customer agreements and develop cost-effective plans to meet their needs and exceed their expectations Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should have a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. We are looking for a sharp individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is a team player, and has professional communication skills, including fluency in Spanish and English.
