Your key responsibilities will include: Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers and their families with inquiries and resolving issues in real-time, via phone, email, text messaging, and MyChart Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, empathetic, and solution-focused Documenting all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the Electronic Medical Record and/or customer Relations Management System, to ensure seamless communication and follow-up Working closely with center and support departments to effectively solve customer issues and communicate feedback, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support Participating in training programs to enhance your knowledge of our services and customer service skills, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues A proven track record of maintaining productivity and availability in a remote work environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge in our selection process: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, customer service, or communications Customer service, call center service, or similar certification, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and electronic medical records (EMR), with experience with Epic EMR preferred Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication skills , with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities , with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues Empathy and compassion , with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of our customers and their families Adaptability and flexibility , with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Technical skills , with the ability to use a range of software applications, including CRM and EMR systems Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
