Job Summary We are seeking a part-time Airline Customer Service Attendant to join arenaflex, with flexible working hours of under 4 hours per shift. Job Description As an Airline Customer Service Attendant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in enhancing the travel experience for our passengers. Key Responsibilities Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, and airport services, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Handle customer complaints and special requests with empathy and understanding, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Coordinate with other airline staff to ensure efficient operations, collaborating to achieve common goals and objectives. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety standards, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment. Support passengers with special needs and accommodate their requests, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity and customer satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
