Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our clients' audience, build relationships, and ultimately drive sales. **Key Responsibilities:** * Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others * Follow up with existing leads to close sales and achieve revenue targets * Develop and implement strategies to grow our clients' social media presence and increase engagement * Collaborate with our client success team to ensure seamless communication and coordination * Manage and respond to active leads, closing sales and meeting revenue targets * Participate in daily communication tasks, including management and team coordination **Requirements:** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily **No previous experience is required**, but we are looking for individuals who are confident in their English skills and have a strong desire to learn and grow.
