[Remote] Business Analyst - Federal Finance & Budgeting

Think Consulting is seeking a skilled Business/Budget Analyst to help improve budgeting and HR cost planning processes for a growing federal client. In this role, you’ll work across departments to understand business needs, document workflows, and recommend solutions to enhance operations and systems. Responsibilities • Analyze and document business processes and system capabilities • Gather and translate user requirements into technical documentation • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and related documentation • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support implementation • Troubleshoot and resolve process or system-related challenges Skills • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Proficient in process mapping, use cases, and business process documentation • Experience working with federal budgeting or financial systems • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance • Certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, ABPMP, or related fields • Familiarity with workforce planning and people cost modeling • Experience implementing or enhancing budget tools Company Overview • Founded in 2004, Think is a national technology and operations management consulting practice, providing services to commercial customers as well as state/federal public customers.
