Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build connections with customers will be essential in fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Key Responsibilities Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the blithequark network. Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED and have one or more years of work experience. You should be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule that is provided four weeks in advance. Additionally, you should be open to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during peak periods. While not required, experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, and customer service experience are highly desirable.
