Key Responsibilities Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the blithequark network. Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest products and services. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. One or more years of work experience, preferably in a customer-facing or sales environment, where you have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule that is provided four weeks in advance, allowing you to plan and balance your work and personal life. Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods, such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Experience working in a commission-based environment, where you have developed a strong drive to succeed and a results-oriented mindset.
