Job Overview: Cashier & Front End Services Associate As a Cashier & Front End Services Associate at Hobby Lobby, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a high level of store appearance, and supporting the sales team. You'll be responsible for processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and performing various front-end duties to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a high level of store appearance, including the cleanliness and organization of the front-end area, displays, and merchandise. Support the sales team by restocking merchandise, facing products, and performing other duties as needed. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
