Job Overview As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, and your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Interact with hundreds of callers daily, using techniques like active listening and critical thinking to bring resolutions to a wide array of customer service inquiries. Actively resolve complaints and concerns within the queue, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Investigate billing and fraudulent activity concerns, processing account requests and providing guidance on product features. Diagnose hardware and software issues, using screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed. Coordinate appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance, researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries. Properly document notes and effectively summarize conversation details, openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: The ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly, articulating your thoughts clearly and concisely. A High School Diploma or GED, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, preferred but not required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. A strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to accept feedback and coaching to improve performance.
