Key Responsibilities Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open tickets in our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensure that customers receive updates on the status of their requests Email responses to customers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that their issues are resolved promptly Work efficiently to close out tickets quickly, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions to their technical issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: No prior experience is required, but previous I.T.
