Key Responsibilities Exemplify arenaflex's Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture and provide exceptional customer experiences Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude Surprise and delight each client by providing personalized and innovative solutions to meet their unique needs and preferences Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner Apply for payments and send out payment reminders to ensure seamless financial transactions Manage flight changes and seat assignments to ensure that clients have a smooth travel experience Provide concierge-related services, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, to enhance the client experience Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure that clients are well-prepared for their trips Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required Update daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM to ensure that all client interactions are accurately recorded and tracked Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results Manage client profiles and bookings to ensure that all client information is accurate and up-to-date Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which may occur outside of normal office hours Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools to heighten our remote workplace culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a driven self-starter with a positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic. You must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player, and be willing and able to "roll up your sleeves" to complete projects. Additionally, you must have a high degree of autonomy, be capable of working remotely, and be proficient in using cloud-based CRM systems.
