Key Responsibilities Handle a variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with our dealer clients efficiently. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. Ability to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or above preferred. Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies. Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
