Key Responsibilities Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care. Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, providing clear and concise information to address their needs. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, be over 18 years of age, and have a High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Call center experience is preferred, with a minimum of 6 months in this environment. You must also be located in South Carolina and be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Skills and Competencies Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Logical problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and concerns. Comfort with desktop computer systems, including familiarity with Windows operating systems and the ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
