Job Overview As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients in the construction industry. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities Screening and Evaluation: Carefully review applications and resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for various positions. Initial Interviews: Conduct comprehensive initial interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles and provide feedback to the hiring team. Client Meetings: Lead client meetings to ensure company satisfaction with our services and build strong relationships with our clients. Interview Coordination: Coordinate with clients to schedule and organize final interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Feedback and Follow-up: Obtain feedback from clients after final interviews are completed, enabling us to continuously improve our selection process and facilitate onboarding. HR Software Management: Utilize and maintain various HR software platforms to manage candidate data, interview schedules, and other recruitment-related information. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and techniques to attract high-quality candidates. Essential Qualifications 1-2 Years of Recruiting Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the construction industry. Construction Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including its trends, challenges, and best practices. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and team members. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records throughout the entire recruiting life cycle. Self-Motivation: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred, as it will enable you to communicate with a broader range of candidates and clients.
