Category Analyst, Bottler
Description: • Develop insights to be leveraged by bottler partners in a variety of settings, in support of achieving BODYARMOR sales objectives • Share impactful messaging which captures the latest category trends, analysis & projections • Own analytics & insights communication during internal and external meetings • Generate and disseminate weekly / monthly state of the business reporting using syndicated and proprietary insights tools • Answer ad hoc business questions by using insights tools such as Tableau, Nielsen, Numerator, etc. • Train bottler sales teams on the use of Category Management tools as needed • Proactively & consistently analyze key performance metrics and identify execution gaps, sub-par performance and category dynamic shifts • Lead monthly scorecard process focusing on latest trends & drivers impacting topline performance • Incorporate a mix of depletion and scans data for situational analysis and insightful call outs, including recommendations for action • Own and evolve reporting tools & platforms for internal teams to leverage as part of analytical process to glean insights and make recommendations to key external stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelors degree required • 1-2 years experience in sales, category management, analytics, shopper insights and/or strategy required • Remote-based, residence West of the Mississippi highly preferred • Up to 25% travel by car or plane required • Technically proficient in: Tableau, Scan systems, Panel systems, MS Office with an emphasis on Excel • Team player with exceptional leadership, communication and project management qualities • Demonstrated capacity for big picture, strategic thinking, creative thinking and attention to detail • Field sales experience preferred • The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship • Skills listed: Analytical Thinking, Business Insights, Category Growth Strategy, Customer Relationships, Industry Knowledge, Storytelling Benefits: • A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. • Career Development: We empower each and every one of our employees across the globe to prioritize their career development by building capabilities, developing new skills, and leaning into new experiences. • We believe a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace; supporting the financial and personal well-being of our employees. • Learn more about our benefits and growth culture, including inclusive culture initiatives.
