Key Responsibilities As a remote inbound customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Managing a high volume of inbound calls and making consistent outbound calls to achieve sales targets and call handling quotas. Identifying and assessing customers' needs to provide accurate, valid, and complete information, utilizing the right methods and tools. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in typing, with a strong ability to learn new software and technologies. A pleasant phone demeanor, with experience in both inbound and outbound environments. Work-At-Home (WAH) Requirements To work remotely with arenaflex, you will need: A PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible). A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable) with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS and upload speed of 10 MBPS. A USB-connected headset and webcam. A quiet, dedicated place to work, free from distractions, including pets and children.
